This is the binannual focus for all Pregnant and Popped Partners - THE Baby Fair for MUMS. Bringing to life this amazing network of support for MUMS, FAMILIES and other PERINATAL PROVIDERS

  • This is a CURATED event that is first and foremost about educating birthing and new families about the incredible choices for evidence based perinatal services, products and brands in Singapore
  • This event is about celebrating and promoting the options available to women and families in Singapore
  • The event organiser does not offer, promise or guarantee exclusivity to any provider, brand, method or theory

TIME LINE

  • 5 months before the Fair - EARLY BIRD PRICING from $350
  • 4 months before the Fair - Standard Pricing from $450
  • 3 months before the Fair - Late booking Pricing from $550
  • 2 months before the Fair - deadline for WORKSHOP/TALK ideas
  • 6 weeks before the Fair - SCHEDULE FINALISED
  • 1 month before the Fair - Prizes and goodie bags finalised

IMPORTANT (new rules highlighted in BOLD)

  • YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PPP MEMBERSHIP AT THE TIME OF THE FAIR
  • MAXIMUM 2 tables per specialism (for example 2 birth doulas, 2 chiropractors etc). So keep a look out on the PPP chat in case your specialism is "locked out". Refunds will be given to accidental bookings MINUS banking costs, or you can carry over to the May event. If this new policy becomes a problem to manage I will call an online chat to discuss openly with everyone!
  • Single area is approx 2mx2m
  • Double area is approx 4mx2m
  • Each area will have 1 table (4ftx2ft) and 2 chairs
  • Max 1 pull up banner (88cm wide) recommended per single area (if sharing 2 may be allowed but be kind to your neighbours!)
  • All banner's etc must be placed at the back of your area
  • We are a friendly bunch, we don't demarcate areas, BUT we do ask that you are kind to your neighbours and don't encroach (if you need a bigger area then book a double)
  • You may take advance bookings for anything you carry out in your space, including the studio, but you may not charge the public any additional fees
  • TABLE PLAN IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF NEEDED, we will discuss this with you first

this means that no more sleep consultants, lactation consultants  or photographers can reserve space at the Nov fair. Please speak to me directly if you were hoping to come but haven’t booked yet.

FAQ

  • I WANT TO DO A 30 min TALK OR WORKSHOP - Fab!!! Please note there is an additional $50 admin charge. Please submit your idea in this form - SUBMIT FAIR WORKSHOP. We curate the schedule for the LIVE event, those selected will be informed no later than 6 weeks before the event. To have a greater chance of being selected we recommend you have a unique subject matter, research popular keywords for your Title and include a strong interactive element. Your $50 is payable at time of confirmation of your timeslot and is payable within 3 working days to guarantee your space
  • I WANT TO OFFER AN INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE - There are 3 options - purchase a DOUBLE AREA ticket and have your interactive experience at your area, rent the STUDIO (half or full) day and bring your experience to life with all the space you need, or submit a fab idea for an interactive workshop (see above)
  • SHARING A TABLE - Please note this is ONLY AN OPTION WITH NEW PPPs. If you have previously been a vendor partner at the Fair and would now like to give a new provider the opportunity to experience the event, and community, then you may invite them to join your table
  • I CAN'T MAKE THIS DATE, WHEN ARE YOU DOING IT AGAIN?  - We do this every 6 months - in May and November (exact dates to be decided)
  • 2 OTHER SIMILAR PPP COMPANIES BOOKED BEFORE ME - You may choose to defer your ticket to May 2025. If you forgot to keep an eye on the PPP Chat and would now like a refund instead of deferring then we will issue a refund minus any bank charges incurred
  • MY 6 MONTHLY PPP PLAN EXPIRES IN SEPTEMBER - no problem, make sure you renew before then via this link - PPP 6 Monthly Renewal
  • IF I CANCEL MY PPP PLAN, WILL I GET A REFUND FOR THE FAIR - No, we are not issuing refunds due to cancellation of membership

IMPORTANT

Last but not least - Marketing the event and JOINING TOGETHER is crucial. We are a network of like minded individuals and companies all trying to grow together. We don't set targets on individual PPP marketing BUT we do take this into consideration when curating parts of the event.
