Your Basic Obligations are copied below, but please ensure you read the full T&C's before payment (you can request a copy if you wish)

Please note that vendors cannot request where to display their products but please know that we put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring all products are seen.

Point of Sale will be via Empowa. A Summary of sales will be provided within 5 working days of the event so that you may invoice Empowa for payment accordingingly.

Please note that in addition to $50 deposit, Empowa charges 20% commission on all sales. Gross and Net Sales figures will be provided to you.

Last but not least - Marketing the event and JOINING TOGETHER is crucial. We are a network of like minded individuals and companies all trying to grow together.

YOUR BASIC OBLIGATIONS 

1. Read the policies carefully and comply
2. Confirm which vendor option you would like by paying the full deposit amount at booking
3. Send high quality marketing images to kathy@empowa.sg
4. Promote the event via your usual organic marketing channels using hashtags #pregnantandpopped and #empowasg. Like, Comment and Share promotional content of the event
5. Provide the products to Kathy not later than 5 working days before the event (address for delivery will be sent privately)
6. Provide the products to Kathy in an organised manner and in good saleable condition
7. Ensure all products are clearly labeled and priced
8. Provide an inventory list in hard copy and excel format of all stock and materials provided
9. Ensure any packaging used (e.g. boxes etc) are in good order and suitable for lifting, carrying and returning your products to you
10. Send invoices for repayment to Empowa in a timely manner to ensure we can pay you as quickly as possible (please note that Empowa reserves the right to wait until funds have cleared our banking system before reimbursing vendors)
