Meet post-partum doula Kathy for this class designed to give you some tips and tricks for developmentally appropriate play and awake time for your baby during the first few weeks and months.

In this session Kathy will run though:

* what are the key developmental stages babies have in the first few weeks and months

* what movements, exercises and sounds you can try to support key developments

* signs of when to stop playing

* physical toys, things, places and Apps you can try

This class is designed to encourage you to see other like minded parents and share experiences and a giggle or three and will be followed by enough time for free play and chats at our indoor playspace!
