Your Basic Obligations are copied below, but please ensure you read the full T&C's before payment (you can request a copy if you wish)

Please note that vendors cannot request where to display their marketing material but please know that we put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring all brands are seen.

Last but not least - Marketing the event and JOINING TOGETHER is crucial. We are a network of like minded individuals and companies all trying to grow together.

Communication from Kathy will be via WhatsApp and email, please make sure to add Kathy to your contacts so that important communication does not go to spam etc:

YOUR BASIC OBLIGATIONS

• Read the policies carefully and comply
• Confirm which vendor option you would like by paying the full deposit amount at booking
• Send high quality marketing images to kathy@empowa.sg
• Promote the event via your usual organic marketing channels using hashtags #pregnantandpopped and #empowasg. Like, Comment and Share promotional content of the event
• Provide the advertising materials to Kathy not later than 5 working days before the event (address for delivery will be sent privately)
• Provide the advertising materials to Kathy in an organised manner and in good condition, ensuring all materials are clearly labeled
• Provide an inventory list in hard copy and excel format of all materials provided
• Ensure any packaging used (e.g. boxes etc) are in good order and suitable for lifting, carrying and returning your materials to you
• Arrange for pickup of unused materials from Kathy in a timely manner and as advised by Kathy

EMPOWA'S BASIC OBLIGATIONS

• Provide the space and any equipment as agreed
• Send invoices and receipts in a timely manner
• Promote the event via Empowa’s organic marketing channels. Like, comment and share promotional content of the event
• Assist all vendors/consignors/advertisers with promotional and logistics queries
• Ensure materials are repacked and ready for pickup within 5 days of the event (or as agreed) Please note that I will reuse your boxes, so please make sure they are in good condition
