We have a dedicated room for the Drop in Clinic, which will be clearly signposted at the event.

The room is more than 5m x 2m. Please discuss with Kathy (+6592951035) your preference for set up ... do you need tables, chairs etc?

Last but not least - Marketing the event and JOINING TOGETHER is crucial. We are a network of like minded individuals and companies all trying to grow together.

Communication from Kathy will be via WhatsApp and email, please make sure to add Kathy to your contacts so that important communication does not go to spam etc:

YOUR BASIC OBLIGATIONS

• Read this policies carefully and comply
• Confirm which vendor option and position you would like by paying the full amount at booking
• Send high quality marketing images to kathy@empowa.sg
• Promote the event via your usual organic marketing channels using hashtags #pregnantandpopped and #empowasg. Like, Comment and Share promotional content of the event
• Set up, maintain and tear down your showcasing your amazing services or goods in a timely manner for your drop in clinic (please note we only have 30 mins between each session)

EMPOWA'S BASIC OBLIGATIONS

• Provide the space and any equipment as agreed
• Send invoices and receipts in a timely manner
• Promote the event via Empowa’s organic marketing channels. Like, comment and share promotional content of the event
• Assist all vendors/consignors/advertisers with promotional and logistics queries
• Prior to the event, promote individual vendors a minimum of ONCE through Empowa’s organic marketing channels
• After the event, promote individual vendors a minimum of ONCE through Empowa’s organic marketing channels
