My top five (5) tips on how to reduce the anxiety, fear and pain of your first poo after giving birth.

I (Kathy) have suffered with constipation and hemorrhoids for most of my life, is that sharing too much information? ha ha

As you can imagine, my personal experience combined with my training means, I have some pretty useful tips on how to stay relaxed, and avoid unnecessary pain, when having your first bowel movement during the acute postpartum period.
