Service Description
These are not passive “pick my brain” consultations. They are high-impact working sessions designed to help you move through the operational, strategic, marketing, visibility, and systems challenges that are slowing your business down - with the added accountability to help make sure the work actually keeps moving after the session ends. Sometimes business owners don’t need another course, another webinar, or another idea. They need dedicated time, strategic guidance, problem-solving, practical implementation support, accountability, and someone experienced sitting beside them helping them work out what matters, what will genuinely move the needle, and what they can realistically follow through on. That is what these sessions are for. For 2 focused hours, we work directly on the areas of your business that need clarity, simplification, momentum, or execution. We look at what is competing for your attention, challenge what feels urgent against what is actually important, and make decisions based on what will have the greatest impact on the business - while also considering your capacity, strengths, working style, and what you are realistically going to get done. Where possible, we do not just plan the work. We start doing it. That might look like: streamlining booking and client workflows simplifying systems and operations improving visibility and discoverability refining thought leadership and content strategy creating stronger onboarding and email sequences implementing AI tools and prompts improving marketing performance reducing admin overwhelm setting up automation and event workflows improving lead generation and conversion troubleshooting bottlenecks that are draining time or energy creating repeatable templates, processes, and workflows so you are not starting from scratch every time or simply finally getting the thing DONE that has been sitting on your list for months These sessions are intentionally practical. We don’t just talk about ideas. We work through them together, agree what happens next, and create a realistic plan for follow-through. Where sessions form part of ongoing support, accountability continues between meetings. That means checking progress against the actions we agreed, identifying where something has become stuck or unrealistic, and adjusting the plan before another few weeks disappear.
