How do you help Mums and Families?
We provide comprehensive clinical interventions for women who are suffering from the range of prenatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. In addition, we are passionate about providing the same level of psychological support to the husbands and partners, help couples transition into parenthood and guide the whole family to a healthy emotional start.
Partners or family members are encouraged to be involved in the treatment program if beneficial to the family. Babies are also very welcome to join the counselling sessions.

Our counsellors work in a gentle and compassionate person-centred way. There is no one-size-fits-all approach as each person has her own unique history, family dynamic, social and cultural influences, parenting philosophies and present challenges.
