In summary; if you’ve booked a Package, unless otherwise stated, the full payment is deemed as your Retainer, which is only refundable in certain circumstances. If you’ve paid for a Single Visit then it’s refundable subject to 24 hrs notice. Thanks for understanding (same applies for Gifted Services)
